Aeroporto de Marrakesh -> Hotel Marrakesh

• Chegada ao aeroporto de Marraquexe, onde será recebido pelo seu guia e motorista à porta de chegada. Seguiremos depois até ao seu hotel no centro da cidade, numa curta viagem. (O check-in antecipado pode ser possível, dependendo da disponibilidade).
• À tarde, faremos um passeio pela Medina Antiga para ficarmos com as primeiras impressões sobre a história, a cultura, as tradições e o modo de vida locais. Este passeio é opcional. Se preferir ficar no hotel a descansar, não há problema nenhum.

Marrakesh -> Casablanca ->Rabat

• After our early breakfast at our accommodation, its time to start our adventure through Morocco!
• Our first stop is in Casablanca, right by the ocean, to visit one of the most impressive Mosques in the World: The Mosque Hassan II, which held the second tallest minaret of the world: 210mts high! We will be part of a fully guided visit inside.
• After lunch, we will drive to Rabat. Rabat is the capital of Morocco and the Old Medina (Old Town) is one of the most beautiful in Morocco! A perfect place for the first impressions about the local history, culture, traditions and way of living. At the end of the afternoon, a walk around the Kasbah of the Oudayas will give us one amazing sunset just by the ocean!
• Time for dinner at a local restaurant! You will enjoy a very traditional meal at a beautiful roof top restaurant! Short walk back through the market back our hotel.
• Check-in at our hotel/riad.

Overnight in Rabat

Rabat -> Fes

• Drive towards Fes. Once in Fes, we´ll check in at our hotel and visit the ancient medina of Fez that has not changed for centuries.
• You will join a guided historical walking tour visiting the old town of Fes. We`ll visit the leather tanneries, the tapestries shops, argon oil shops, bakeries and all the livelihood of this ancient city! You will feel an authentic experience by strolling the tiny streets and hallways of the old medina. Fes is one of the most authentic and amazing places in Morocco, where locals live the same way for centuries.
• Check-in at our hotel/riad and traditional dinner.

Overnight in Fes

Fes -> Ifrane -> Midelt -> Atlas Mountains

• Let’s start our journey towards the cedar woods forest and get in touch with the wild primates. The whole drive is very scenic!
• Today we are staying at a very special place – a small village in the Atlas Mountains – and it is a day of good action. Here is a special request: you are all invited to bring a piece of clothing. Or two. Or a pair of shoes that you no longer use. They always request children shoes. If you have spare ones, just bring it. Winter is extremely severe and they live far from everything. Toys, books, pencils, etc., are also very welcome! We`ll offer it all to the families in the Atlas mountains. Probably, in exchange, it will be offered a tea. It is a remarkable moment on this journey, not only by the gesture but also by observing the conditions of survival and resistance of some human beings.
• Afterwards, we will walk through the Atlas village, the small streets, see the houses, the animals, the farming fields and head back to our hotel for a great dinner!
• Traditional dinner.

Overnight in the Atlas Mountains

Atlas Mountains -> Ziz Valley -> Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

• Finally, the Sahara Desert!
• Before we reach the desert, we`ll still enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery of travel. The oasis of the valley of Ziz is breathtaking!
• We have reached the desert!
• It is the first eye contact with the golden sand of the Sahara. The rest of the day will be to enjoy the pool, just over the dunes, walk on the warm sand and enjoy a unique sunset. In the evening we`ll celebrate the arrival to the desert.
• Traditional dinner.

The Sahara Desert!

• One night in the desert!
• The first part of the day will be free. You have time for yourself and to enjoy the desert on your own, and there are activities available such driving a quad on the dunes, off-road 4×4 desert experience, sand-boarding, etc. Up to you. At lunch time there will be opportunity for a short visit the town of Merzouga, to do some sightseeing and have lunch. But this is optional. You can choose to stay at the hotel.
• At the end of the day, another great moment in this trip: you`ll ride a camel over the Sahara towards our LUXURY NOMADIC TENTS at the nomad camp in the desert! You will sleep in a magnificent tent in the desert. Will you accept the challenge of climbing the dunes and witnessing the sunrise? We can`t say much more. The desert cannot be described, it needs to be lived!
• Traditional dinner in the desert.

Merzouga -> Tinghir -> Todra Gorge -> Skoura

• We return to the hotel in the morning, refresh our energies with breakfast and head towards the UNESCO heritage city of Tinghir. It will be amazing to see so much beauty straight in front of our eyes! Then the gorge of Todra! A journey of unparalleled beauty along the 1000 kasbahs route! It’s going to be a day of phenomenal landscapes.
• We`ll arrive at Skoura at the end of the day, where a Kasbah with swimming pool and a spectacular view of the palm trees oasis will renew our body and soul.

Skoura -> Ouarzazate -> Ait Ben Haddou -> Marrakesh

• Breakfast at the hotel
• After a night in Skoura, we`ll drive through the city of cinema, Ouarzazate,.
• Visit to the Atlas Cinema Studios where you will discover about the amount of movies that were filmed in Morocco!
• Afterwards, short drive to meet another great attraction of this trip: the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO heritage site. Have you watched the movie Gladiator? Do you know where it was filmed? Let’s walk through this Ksar and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding area. After the visit, the mountains of the High Atlas will give us stunning views all the way up. The desert was left behind. We`ll set off towards Marrakesh and stop at Tizi n’Tichka at 2260 meters of altitude!
• Marrakesh! We arrived in Marrakesh!
• We`ll check in at our Riad and prepare ourselves for a group dinner (optional) to socialize and celebrate the arrival in Marrakesh. We’ll walk around the square to see and feel the pulse in the busiest area of the city. Let’s marvel at the numerous cultural activities that take place there, from traditional songs to snake charmers, the place is filled with magic.

Marrakesh

• Breakfast at the hotel
• You have the morning free to wander around the Marrakesh souk, to discover by foot, to shop or choose souvenirs to take home.
• In the early afternoon we'll do a small walk along the streets less common to the tourist. It will be a great opportunity to see other side of the city of Marrakesh.
• And, finally, once in Marrakesh, it’s time for a “must do”! After so many days on the road, it will feel great to go on a Hammam bath and massage. This is a delightful traditional experience. Your body and your soul will appreciate it! (This activity is optional)
• Later, dinner will be done in group by the various restaurants that fill the Jemaa El-Fna Square, the mythical square of the city. It`s time to try different kinds of food and live the spirit of the square.
