If you hurt yourself during a shared tour and you will need medical assistance – such seen by a doctor at the hospital – we will help you all the way through the process but remotely, however, the guide or any Ennetours member can`t go with you to the hospital/clinic.
Ejemplo: se ha caído durante una excursión y no puede continuar; se ha hecho daño en un brazo, una pierna o la cabeza y necesita que le hagan algunos exámenes o radiografías en el hospital/clínica. Llamaremos a una ambulancia para que te lleve al hospital. No obstante, la excursión continuará sin usted ya que nuestros guías tienen que dirigir al resto del grupo según lo programado.
Estaremos en contacto por teléfono o mensaje (WhatsApp) y proporcionaremos todo el apoyo y ayuda posible a distancia.
All your expenses – medical care, pharmacy, transport back to your hotel either by taxi, Uber, bus, train, etc., – need to be sent to our email: info@ennetours.com
Activaremos nuestro seguro y, si está dentro de nuestra cobertura y límites, recibirás parte o la totalidad del importe gastado en tratamientos y transporte.
Si no puede asistir a parte del viaje o incluso a todo el viaje, se le reembolsará parcial o totalmente.
Este proceso puede tardar semanas o incluso meses en resolverse, dependiendo también del país del que proceda.
