1. About the Tours

The ennetours company stands out for creativity and innovation about the service to offer to all those who want to visit Portugal. With a young and highly motivated team, we want to offer a tourist product of excellence, thinking about the need and expectation of all our visitors.

In what it concerns to the personal relationship with our clients, we are guided by values such as good practices, education, seriousness, trust, empathy, communication, dedication, professionalism and gratitude.

It`s everything as mentioned in the tour description. In general, toll and diesel fees, driver/tour guide, lunch, tickets to specified monuments or events.

Yes. We are fully insured (which is mandatory by law), including:

– Liability insurance;

– Personal Accident Insurance.

Full day tours last between 8 and 10 hours. There may be some delays or setbacks, but, in general, it will be around that time.

Anytime throughout the year (excluding the 25th of December and 1st of January).

Lunch is included in most of the shared tours. If not, it will be mentioned in the description of the tour.

It means the costumer it will be picked-up and dropped-off at his hotel or address in Porto or V. N. de Gaia (city center).

We always hope everything goes well during our tours, however, accidents or incidents might happen.

If you hurt yourself during a shared tour and you will need medical assistance – such seen by a doctor at the hospital – we will help you all the way through the process but remotely, however, the guide or any Ennetours member can`t go with you to the hospital/clinic.

Example: you fell during a tour and you are not able to carry on the tour; you hurt a arm or leg or your head and need to so some exams/x-ray at the hospital/clinic. We will call you an ambulance and you will be taken to the hospital. Although, the tour carry on without you as our guides need to lead the rest of group as programmed.

We will be in touch with by phone or message (WhatsApp) and provide all support and help possible remotely.

All your expenses – medical care, pharmacy, transport back to your hotel either by taxi, Uber, bus, train, etc., – need to be sent to our email: info@ennetours.com

We will activate our insurance and, if it is within our coverage and limits, you will receive part or all of the amount spent on treatments and transport.

If you won`t be able to attend part of the tour or even the whole tour, a partial or full refund will be issued.

This process might take weeks or even months to be solved depending also of the country that you are coming from.

Yes, you can!

The boat trip in Aveiro is not mandatory. Although, you are not entitled of a refund for the boat ticket.

NOTICE: all our places on the boat are reserved beforehand and pre-paid.

The Arouca 516 suspension Bridge as strict rules about safety. There is a staff working there, controlling the tickets and making sure your experience goes as much safer as possible, although, crossing the bridge is not always guaranteed – it always depends on he weather conditions! 

The bridge as sensors and alarms which will go off if the winds go above 40km/h. If that happens, no one is allowed to cross the bridge for safety reasons.

What happen if the bridge closes down? Two options:

  • We will wait to see if the wind decreases. If so, we will go across the bridge.
  • If crossing the bridge is really to possible at all on that day, you are entitled to receive the bridge ticket value. (refund of the bridge ticket)

NOTICE: Crossing the Suspension Bridge will always depends on he weather/winds conditions and Ennetours is not responsible for that decision. The tour will carry on and you will be refunded for the bridge ticket value.

Not always. In some cases, the visit is optional. In some places, there are local guides to show you around. In any case, you will always be informed in advance about it.
