For Shared or Group Tours – Non Private – Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. For Private Tours – No refunds are issued for cancelations with less than 7 days before the tours/service starts. No-shows will be charged the full price.
If there is place for a refund, it will be done in a maximum of 20 business days after the cancellation request date.
